Please read these terms before using SynQ Health.

What SynQ is

SynQ helps you understand general dental information, find nearby clinics, request and manage visits, and keep your records together. SynQ is not a clinic and does not provide treatment.

No diagnosis

Nothing in SynQ is a diagnosis or a medical opinion. Only a dentist who examines you can tell you what is wrong and what to do. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 108.

Clinics and prices

Clinics are listed after verification. Price ranges are given by the clinic and confirmed with you before treatment. The agreement for treatment is between you and the clinic.

Payments

Payments for treatment are made directly to the clinic. SynQ does not hold your money, does not take a share of treatment fees, and does not charge clinics by volume of patients.

Appointments

A time is held briefly while it is confirmed. You can move or cancel a visit from your account; the clinic is told straight away.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else or that is unlawful.

Ending your use

You may close your account at any time. Records that law requires us to keep are retained for the required period and then removed.
